We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With all tags attached
Free from stains, marks, perfume, or damage

Please keep your proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

Changed your mind? No problem.

You may request:

* Store Credit

Important Notes

  1. Initial delivery shipping fees cannot be refunded
  2. Customers cover the return shipping cost (unless specified otherwise)
  3. All returns must be sent to our Melbourne warehouse

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

* Underwear or intimate items
* Swimwear without hygiene liner
* Final Sale items
* Gift cards

⚠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You may be entitled to:

* A replacement
* Or a full refund for major faults

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Your 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date you receive the last item in your order.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot access the customer accounts link above. Instead, use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation.

Returning your items:

You must send back the items within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days. Your refund will include the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout(if any). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
